We currently ship to addresses within India only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time (unless you specifically extend this later).

4. Delivery Time Estimates
For metropolitan cities and main pin‑codes: estimated delivery 3 to 5 business days from dispatch.
For remote locations, North‑East India, Jammu & Kashmir or hilly regions: estimated delivery 5 to 9 business days, subject to courier partner coverage.

5. Shipping Methods & Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping notification (via email and/or WhatsApp) with your tracking number and courier partner.
You may track your shipment at any time using the tracking number on the courier’s website or via our “Track Your Order” page.
If you do not receive tracking details within 24 hours of dispatch, please contact our customer‑care team.
6. Missed Delivery / Address Issues
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address (flat/house number, street, locality, landmark, pin‑code) and a reachable mobile number.
If the courier attempts delivery and you are unavailable, the package may be returned or charged for re‑delivery (at the courier’s rate).
If your address is incorrect, incomplete or non‑serviceable by the courier, we will contact you to update the address. Delivery time may be extended in such cases.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
Please inspect your package on arrival. If you notice visible damage or tampering, do not sign for the shipment or request the courier to mark it as “damaged” and contact us immediately (within 24 hours).
For any damage or loss during transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the courier partner.
We are not liable for delays or damages caused by courier partners, third‑party logistics, weather or force‑majeure events beyond our control.
8. Returns Due to Non‑Acceptance
If a package is returned to us because you were unavailable for delivery or refused to accept it, the cost of return shipment may be borne by you.
Additional costs may apply if the package has to be re‑shipped.
9. Cancellation / Modification of Shipping Address
Orders can be cancelled or modified only during the processing stage (before dispatch).
Once dispatch is confirmed, changes to the shipping address, cancellations or rerouting must be handled directly with the courier partner and may incur additional charges which will be your responsibility.
